This organisation works to help participants in the Anna Stewart Memorial Project stay in touch with each other as they develop in the union movement. The Anna Stewart Memorial Project places approximately 20 women unionists in the union office of their choice. The participants work shadow a union official in their work over a two week period. The aim of the project is to boost women's confidence so that they become active within the trade union movement. The project is administered by the United Trades and Labour Council in SA.
